The staff was lovely, with Terry being notably professional and accommodating, even during a difficult time for my family. The room was spacious and clean, complete with comfy beds and great air-conditioning. The customer service issues at check-in left a negative impression, complicating what should have been a straightforward arrival. Although the free breakfast was a decent offering, it didn't fully compensate for the service shortcomings was great this stay a mixed experience.

Fairly clean hotel and tidy rooms. Nice building and rooms with 2 beds. Breakfast with several deserts, juice. Central location in centre of downtown. Also - near many restaurants and bars in downtown. Great stay, as always.

The room are spacious. Breakfast was great and parking was very nice
On the website it said motel has a hot tub. Specifically booked for our kids to have a hot tub but at check out we were told there hasn't a hot tub in years. We were very disappointed
